Return Policy

We strive to have your casket at the funeral home on time in working order. Sometimes there are factors outside of our control that can affect shipments. It is possible but very unlikely we may fall short of your expectations. We will work with you to make it right if that happens.

We encourage you to inspect your item at the time of delivery. In the (very rare) scenario the product arrives damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and take pictures. We will immediately ship a replacement item or issue a full refund.

Do I need to be present at the funeral home when the casket is delivered?

Though you can if you want to, you are not required to be present when the casket is delivered to the funeral home. Funeral homes requiring the customer to be present for a casket delivery would be in violation of Section 453.4(b)(1) of the FTC Funeral Rule, as that would put an unreasonable burden on customer choice.

If you arranged to have the casket delivered to your home or residential address, then you will need to be present to accept the delivery.
How do I place my order?

  • On the right side of the cart, you will see some fields where you can enter the following information. This information will help us coordinate your delivery with the funeral home:
  • Name of funeral home (if applicable)
  • First and last name of the deceased
  • Funeral home number (if applicable)
  • Funeral Date or required delivery date.
  • There is also a comment section for you to enter any additional information you would like us to know about your order. We may reach out to you by phone about your order if we have any questions or need more details.

  • For Shipping address, please enter the funeral home or other location you wish us to deliver. Please confirm the delivery address and timing. Once an order has shipped, IronOak cannot guarantee that changes can be made to the delivery location or delivery date.
