Yes! Buying online has never been easier. Choose the product you want, submit the order with your details and we will deliver to the funeral home of your choice. Under FTC law, the funeral homes have to accept your caskets and cannot burden you for buying elsewhere. This means they cannot force you to be present for the delivery or charge extra fees for sourcing your casket from 3rd party sellers.

We estimate customers can save 2000-5000$ on their casket purchase in some cases by buying here instead of at the funeral home. Yes! We source from the exact same manufacturers that a lot of funeral homes source from. We just cut out the middle man; and offer more reasonable markups on our products, allowing us to pass on those savings to you. We are also committed to providing quick and reliable shipping, enabling your casket to arrive damage free and on time.

Though you can if you want to, you are not required to be present when the casket is delivered to the funeral home. Funeral homes requiring the customer to be present for a casket delivery would be in violation of Section 453.4(b)(1) of the FTC Funeral Rule, as that would put an unreasonable burden on customer choice.

If you arranged to have the casket delivered to your home or residential address, then you will need to be present to accept the delivery.

Step-by-step instructions:

While on the page of the product you want, click on the Add to cart button.
Click on your Shopping Cart icon at the top right hand corner of our website once you have a product in the cart.
On the right side of the cart, you will see some fields where you can enter the following information. This information will help us coordinate your delivery with the funeral home:
Name of funeral home (if applicable)
First and last name of the deceased
Funeral home number (if applicable)
Funeral Date or required delivery date.
There is also a comment section for you to enter any additional information you would like us to know about your order. We may reach out to you by phone about your order if we have any questions or need more details.

For Shipping address, please enter the funeral home or other location you wish us to deliver. Please confirm the delivery address and timing. Once an order has shipped, IronOak cannot guarantee that changes can be made to the delivery location or delivery date.

Yes! Your casket will come fully assembled with everything you need, no need to buy an extra pillow and throw.

The standard sized caskets have a 24 inch wide interior, which is suitable for most adults up to 6’10” and 300 pounds. If desired, you can confirm sizing with your funeral director or other professional, who can determine if another size is needed.

The most important thing to look at is the max width that will be needed. We have a few oversized options that provide a 27.5 inch wide interior. If you decide you need a wider interior, you can use those.

Almost all orders will include 2-5 day ground shipping anywhere in the US. We partner with several transport companies (Delta, USPS) and always offer the best prices and delivery options for our customers.

Standard delivery hours are 9 am to 5 pm local time.

Some orders may have an air freight shipping option, to provide even faster delivery.
